2024 Annual Meeting

The McKinney Crossing Master HOA will hold it's 2024 Annual Meeting at 6:00pm on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024, via Zoom Webinar. this link, by no later than February 28th at 12pm . Members not registered will not be able to enter the meeting. Only one household member may register for the meeting. Members who join via call only, will not be able to vote in the election. Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023

The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.

1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.

2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.

3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.

4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.
